Sept 19th.  Bears have been seen on the dike trail by Quatrine Appartments, in James White Park, throughout the Annex Park, on Cedar Bowl Crescent and  in Alpine Trails in Fernie.    A sow and 2 Cubs were seen on Nashton Crescent and Caribou Drive in Elkford.
